Original leather sling for M1873. 45/70 Trapdoor rifle and. This sling style pieces two leather sections together to make one sling, with two brass hooks one end / two keeper loops other. Leather is in good condition, but is well used and dark from oiling over the years, has a few cracks on outer surface where it bent around swivel but clean on opposing back surface (see pictures), still quite serviceable.
