THIS IS A CUSTOM ORDER – PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE PURCHASING. Rifle Shoulder Sling Strap with 10 Cartridge Loops – Winchester, Henry, Marlin, Rossi and more! The padded Strap has been hand made, hand tooled, stained and finished from quality 9-10 oz. Leather and fits standard 1 mounts. Natural leather will have the occasional range marks and skin grains which add great character, so each scabbard we build is slightly unique. The leather lacing are also hand cut and stained. Loops can be made for most rifle rounds. It is 3″ wide so it can easily accommodate 2.5″ rounds such as 45-70. (Pictured with 45 Long Colts). For tapered rounds, such as 30-30, loops will be slightly offset so the rounds remain centered on sling. (See Pictures) Sling can be adjusted out to 38 and also comes with an extension piece for use at the top of sling to help place cartridges where they are comfortable. In addition to finishing the leather, the sling has been given a weather proofing treatment to further help protect it from snow and rain. Pictured are examples of our Black and Dark Brown models. Original WWI & WWII U. GI issue M1907 leather rifle sling. This sling was intended to be used on the Springfield 1903, 1917 Enfield, and U. S Trench Combat shotguns. The sling is all intact with blackened brass hooks and both of its sewn leather keepers. Sling remains in very solid condition and stands on its own. Museum wax added to preserve its condition (turns a little white but buffs nicely). These WWI dated slings were also used during WWII on the M1 Garand Rifle. Matching lever wrap included! Easily attaches , is very attractive and very user friendly. (leather can be different shade depending on the hide). Special attachments supplied and incorporated into assembly. Shells held tightly with heavy loops or no loops at all if desired. Please notify me and I will add a large decorative stitch in place.
