WWII Era German Army Leather Sling for K98 Mauser Rifle – Original – Nice Condition. The leather has darkened with age and usage. The leather is soft and supple. You can still make out the cross thatched pattern in the leather. Some minor surface cracks. There are no visible markings or dates. It has a button stud, instead of the leather bound sling keeper. The leather is soft and supple. It has the cross thatched pattern in the leather. No cracks or crazing in the leather. There is an ink stamp on the rear of sling “Made in Germany”.
