Handcrafted rifle sling, made by Seelye Leather Works. Made from embossed alligator veg-tan cow and lined with American Bison. The sling is adjustable and has Chicago screw fasteners. The sling starting length is 30 1/2″ long, and adjusts out to 33″ long. The sling is from my Economy line (economy AA), it is made from the same quality leather and made with the same craftsmanship as my Standard and Heirloom Slings. All of SLW’s items are handcrafted making each item unique. SLW uses only the finest natural leather, and the natural surface of leather has its own characteristics. The proof of its uniqueness is the markings that occur during the life of the animal. Leather used to create the products of SLW will include scratches, scares, brands, insect bites, indentations, and scuffs. Remington model 742 woodmaster vintage with complete trigger marked (33), and guard, also included vintage Remington front and rear sights, and vintage leather 3 diamond AA&E sling with stainless steel swivels. I took the plastic 2 piece recoil pad off and added a aluminum vintage Remington butt plate. Since the recoil pad was off I sanded both butt stock and forearm down to the bare wood and added a Behr Cedar tone oil stain. Butt stock measures 13″ long and the forearm measures 11 1/2″ long from nose tip screw to end of channel opening. It also has an ebony grip cap.
