I add a cover on the back side of the sling so shell holders don’t show (not pictured). Color is natural 8 oz leather for cover and 12oz for the sling. As seen in pics these are incorporated into the stock cover and barrel. Assemble is set in a side mount arrangement allowing this to be carried across chest or across back in bandoleer style. Also comes with matching lever wrap! Note : mares leg front attachment is attached to barrel and magazine not like pictured to forearm. Sling is fully adjustable (54 long) , will hold up to 13 cartridges (depending on size) or if you want I can add a stitch / lacing down the middle in place of shell loops. Just tell me along with gun info in message after sale. NOTE: back side of sling will be covered (not shown in pics) this makes a much nicer finish. Sorry that I don’t have pics to display this. Cover conforms , Fits tightly to stock as seen. Laces like a shoe. This is very comfortable and works great for carrying while on foot , horseback or atv. M1907 Rifle Sling–1942 Date. Not some cheap gun show reproduction but the real thing! Original WW2 GI M1907 rifle sling, brown leather construction with parkerized steel adjuster claws. Partially marked BOYT -42- on lower [short] strap just below claw. Leather is dark from years of use but is still quite flexible–only real problem I can see is that the leather keeper loops are missing. Will clean much better with your favorite leather dressing.
