Handcrafted Leather Rifle Sling, made by Seelye Leather Works. This is SLW’s economy rifle sling, made with the same high quality materials and craftsmanship as the carved slings. The sling is 2 1/4″ wide at the top and 1 1/8″ at the bottom of the sling. The straps at the top and bottom are 1 1/8. The sling is made from 9 oz embossed alligator cow hide (veg-tan) and is lined with camouflage cow hide. All of SLW’s items are handcrafted, therefore each item is unique. SLW uses only the finest natural leather, and the natural surface of leather has its own characteristics. The proof of its uniqueness is the marking that occurred during the life of the animal. Leather used to create the products of SLW will include scratches, scares, brands, insect bites, indentation and scuffs. This adds to the uniqueness and beauty of each SLW product. Offered is a leather adjustable Western Diamondback Rifle sling. This sling is hand-made and the snake skin is hand tanned. The sling is adjustable from 34″ to 4″ with a total overall length of 46. This sling was hand crafted in the US and covered in snakeskin that was hand tanned and crafted. This is a beautiful sling that would be an attractive addition to any rifle or shotgun. Sling Sling is 3 inches wide at shoulder, slims to 1 inch. COMPLETELY Hand made out of 7oz American cow leather. Tanned and Dyed with vegetable oils and alcohols. Permeated with Neatsfoot Oil, front and back. Waxed front and back (lightly on back so as to still breathe). Adjustable from 34 to 42 inches; at both ends Sling is 3 inches wide at shoulder, slims to 1 inch. Tested this processing of leather out to 15 years, with no drying out or ill effects.
