I add a cover on the back side of the sling so shell holders don’t show (not pictured). Color is natural 8 oz leather for cover and 12oz for the sling. As seen in pics these are incorporated into the stock cover and barrel. Assemble is set in a side mount arrangement allowing this to be carried across chest or across back in bandoleer style. Also comes with matching lever wrap! Note : mares leg front attachment is attached to barrel and magazine not like pictured to forearm. Sling is fully adjustable (54 long), will hold up to 13 cartridges (depending on size) or if you want I can add a stitch / lacing down the middle in place of shell loops. Just tell me along with gun info in message after sale. NOTE: back side of sling will be covered (not shown in pics) this makes a much nicer finish. Sorry that I don’t have pics to display this. Cover conforms, Fits tightly to stock as seen. Laces like a shoe. This is very comfortable and works great for carrying while on foot, horseback or atv. Orig WW1-WW2 Model 1907 leather rifle sling… A great sling for your 1903 Springfield, US Model of 1917 or even on into ww2 for your Garand etc…. Brass claws have all three rivets.. Has both leather keepers… Leather is strong overall with minor surface cracks here and there.. There is a white powdery substance in the holes which will easily clean out.. Will make a great display… I usually recommend these not go out in the field to to age and they just don’t make em anymore…. This is my last 1907 sling for sale. I kindly appreciate all the interest from my past listing of this sling and I have spent the past 2 weeks constructing another sling, so offered here is a great replica of the famous, impossible to find, USAF M13 Aircrewman shoulder pistol holster sling that was made famous by Lee Harvey Oswald when he used it with his (using the term “his” loosely) Italian Carcano rifle on November 22nd, 1963 in Dallas Texas. This replica is handmade nearly exact to the original I have, including the original style crimp fit plain faced double cap rivets, etc. Please see my pics of my original sling next to this replica to see the near exact construction and dimensions. Features same quality and thickness of leather, plus the correct black finish and shape, plus I was able to achieve just the right amount of grime/dirt to really complete the look.
