627025 HUNTER 32″- 38″ Leather Dear Head Tooled Rifle Sling Hand Loop & Swivels. Has been around since1952 operating out of the Denver Colorado area. H unting and sports enthusiasts have counted on HUNTER for high quality holsters, gun cases and shooting accessories. Most of the products they have made over the years are still in use today, standing as testimony to the value of skilled craftsmanship and premium materials. They make a nice front line product, not much for frills, but durable. They have copied and improved from the best and are one of the most widely distributed brands around. Hunter is still in business today and going strong… You can find their current product line on the net. This is for a USED, quality made HUNTER Sportsman/Field Leather RIFLE SLING. This is a deluxe model, #627025 – An oil finished, TOOLED design, with a DEAR HEAD & ACORN PATTERN. Using Vegetable tanned premium leather, the sling features a foam padded and suede lined backing at the shoulder for max comfort. Rounded and finished edges are comfortable and don’t cut into the shoulder. This sling is 2.75″ wide, and the widest point and narrows to about 1″ wide. It measures a M AXIMUM 38″ and it adjusts down from there to about 32″. This is an older style and uses REAL BRASS Chicago Screws for adjustment. The model #27 features a “waisted” design on the shoulder pad and a hand or finger loop. This allows you to stabilize the carry and relieve some of the weight as desired. The sling is used, in VERY GOOD condition. No Significant marks or scratches, nice luster. No significant wear, deep clear tooling. No cracks or dryness.
