This recent estate find is a Lot 3 Original WW1 (2) 1918 one marked and one not & (1) 1907? Leather Rifle Sling that are in good overall condition for use and age wear. With Measurements of all three Rifle Slings are standard and have not been cut or altered with a 1 2/8″Width on the 1918′s & 1″Width on the 1907? – All 3 show some Use/Age wear.. Original WWI M1907 U. Army Leather Rifle Sling – Stamped G&K 1918. Made by G&K (Graton & Knight) In 1918. Brass is in good condition, without verdigris, but there is cracking in between some of the hook holes. None of the cracks extend through the sling. As such, this would be an excellent sling for display for an M1903 or M1917 as it looks great. I would not recommend this as usable sling for taking to the range or shooting an NRA Highpower match with. Please see my store for other items. Please see my other items for sale. WWII US M1907 sling for the M1 Garand and 1903 Springfield rifles. Fresh out of the woodwork with dust and a thin white film that wipes right off. I’ll leave it to the next owner to gently clean or leave as is. Solid original condition with steel hardware and both leather keepers. No visible markings stamped or ink, which isn’t unusual with these slings. Original and very nice WWII Japanese leather sling for the Arisaka Rifle. This sling was recently taken off a beautiful Vet bringback Type 38 Arisaka Carbine. This sling was designed to be used on any Arisaka Rifle (both Type 38 & 99) Rifle or Carbine. The sling remains extremely sturdy, is not age cracked, and remains very pliable in condition. Sling has both its sewn leather keepers intact as well as its original brass stud. Overall a beautiful original Arisaka Rifle sling.
