I’ve already dropped my 30-40 KRAG 1898 barrel and action in it and it fits perfectly because of the piece of wood removed to allow the bolt to drop down and it almost looks like it’s broke off but it was done on purpose at a 70 degree angle. The Brown leather sling was made by hand a while back by a guy from Salt Lake City. The stock measures 31 1/2″ long with a 13 1/2″ pull. And the wood is bare and you can pick your own stain.
