M1907 Rifle Sling–1942 Date. Not some cheap gun show reproduction but the real thing! Original WW2 GI M1907 rifle sling, brown leather construction with parkerized steel adjuster claws. Partially marked BOYT -42- on lower [short] strap just below claw. Leather is dark from years of use but is still quite flexible–only real problem I can see is that the leather keeper loops are missing. Will clean much better with your favorite leather dressing. Upper strap is unmarked, lower strap is well marked hoyt/1918/j. Just below lower claw. Lower strap is slightly lighter color than upper strap but does not affect overall appearance. Leather is still nice and pliable with no damage. Only real problem i can see is that the leather keeper loops are missing.
