I figured somewhere out there there is a person named Rich that would really love to have this. Handcrafted in Michigan by the late Charles Baker. Very nicely done leather tooling. This is an older piece but is in great condition and should last a very long time with proper care. Would make a great gift for a special occasion. It looks like you can take apart 2 of the rivets if you want to change the style of mounts on it. Appears like they screw together. This was on a Winchester model 70. It adjusts in length though.
