leather rifle sling

I have many many more slings, belts, holsters, military WWII, WWI, Vietnam war, etc listed. Here is a vintage leather rifle sling with Herter’s swivels included. I could not find any markings on this. 1 1/8 wide and worn, but still strong. I think this is for the M1 Garand or Springfield rifle. IF THIS IS NOT CORRECT, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I’M NOT TRYING TO SCREW ANYONE. I’M JUST CALLING THESE AS I SEE THEM. I’M NOT A RIFLE SLING EXPERT. Please see pics for more details. I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER IT. VOTE TO CHANGE THINGS!
